Thank you for visiting and shopping at Noor Crowns. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



Domestic Shipping Policy



Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Noor Crowns ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Noor Crowns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Damages: Noor Crowns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@noorcrowns.com with your order number and a photo of the itemโ€™s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will strive for a satisfactory solution.



International Shipping Policy: We currently do NOT ship internationally. .



Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noor Crowns is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.



How do I check the status of my order? You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.



If you havenโ€™t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@noorcrowns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Refunds, returns, and exchanges: We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
